On sale NSU TT engine 1300CC Spiess Weber Schleicher Prinz TTS
Cylinder: Drilled and honed to 78 mm and provided with shrink rings.
Cylinder heads:
Valves enlarged, valve guide renewed and provided with BMW valve stem seals, conversion to double ignition, titanium spring plate installed, the channels were elaborately enlarged and adapted to the shorter and enlarged spit suction bridge, special studs were made of high-strength material.
The crankshaft and the flywheel:
were relieved and with the facilitated clutch
The connecting rods:
were replaced by longer, these were CNC machined and accurately balanced and ballanced.
The pistons:
are shorter, lighter, balanced and topped.
The oil pump:
was widened and provided with a facilitated, balanced drive wheel. It was tested on a test bench.
Further components:
Double ignition distributor, Weber carburettor, Schleicher camshaft, chrome parts, bearing shells, all necessary screws were replaced by high-strength screws or new galvanized.
In addition, all aluminum parts were tumbled incl carburetor. This gives a shiny appearance and is easy to care for.
